Aaron & Amanda Crabb

Pastors of Restoring Hope Church

Pastors Aaron and Amanda Crabb are no strangers to ministry or to the Refuge family. Their music has crossed genres, generational boundaries, as well as denominational barriers. They understand that worship is the breaking of ground to prepare for a seed to be sown. Aaron and Amanda not only sing the gospel of Jesus, they both preach the good news as well. Aaron surrendered to the call to preach in November 2002 and Amanda in 2004. They have seen countless lives changed through the power and anointing of Jesus Christ.

Aaron and Amanda have always had Pastors’ hearts, but until God begin to deal with them, they didn’t know when or where. In March of 2013 God commissioned them to birth the dream that had been given to them 10 years prior. As the worship leader of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, TX, Aaron began to seek God for direction. While life was comfortable and music was being made, God told Aaron that he wanted him to take his family, leave stability, and plant a church in Hendersonville, TN. July 9th, 2014, that dream became a reality. Restoring Hope Church began and is now located in Cross Plains, TN!

Aaron and Amanda are thankful for many things, but the greatest are their 4 children, Elijah, Eva, Ean & Eda-Beth. We are so thankful to have them both at Multiply this year!

Jonathan Suber

Lead Pastor of Oasis Church

Jonathan Suber began his ministry at the age of 14. His first pastorate was at the age of 17 in Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa where he served alongside his missionary parents. He has been in fulltime ministry over 40 years and married to Stephanie Dawn for over 35 yrs. The Suber's family includes Alex and his wife Hannah, Alayna, and Allister, as well as two amazing grandsons, Xander and Major.

Together, Jonathan and Stephanie have ministered Jesus on five continents in over 45 nations of the world. Jonathan has an earned M.Min in Missions and an honorary Doctor of Christian Missions. Jonathan was first consecrated Bishop in 2009 and is an ordained Bishop with the Destiny Leaders Ministerial Fellowship.

As a missionary evangelist in the 90's, Bishop Suber preached worldwide via satellite and international radio in fluent French, his second language. Since seeing the dead raised early in his ministry, Jonathan has pursued the

gift of faith, and operates in a very strong apostolic anointing for miracles, healing and breakthrough.

The Subers have pastored 3 Churches and founded Oasis Church in 2016 where they currently serve as Sr. Pastors in Austin, Texas. Their passion is to equip five fold ministry in the local church, to become a 21st Century expression of a 1st Century Experience! We are so excited to welcome him to Multiply this year!

Matt Smith

Lead Pastor of Refuge Church

Pastor Matt and Erica Smith have been the lead pastors of Refuge Church, located in the heart of Jonesboro, Arkansas, for almost 20 years. Before that, Pastor Matt served on staff at the church in various roles. Over the years, the Lord has opened the doors for Pastor Matt to develop hundreds of leaders inside and outside of the church.

Over twelve years ago, Pastor Matt developed a leadership develop program called LEAD Team. This program equips individuals within the church to step into full-time/ bi-vocational ministry, or into leadership roles within the marketplace. During this time, the Lord also started dealing with Pastor Matt about multiplication. Refuge Church planted its first campus in Marked Tree, AR in 2018 and a second campus on the west side of Jonesboro in 2023.

Pastor Matt has always had a heart to equip leaders and churches outside of the four-walls of Refuge. In 2024, Refuge N.E.T. was born. The purpose of this network is to network with leaders, empower churches, and transform communities through the power of God. Pastor Matt host monthly Zoom calls with pastors from across the United States to provide teaching and mentorship. Pastor Matt also serves as the Chaplain for the Jonesboro E-911Center, where he serves dozens of dispatchers.
